- Contractor relationships, direct payments to subcontractors

- Environment-friendly solutions
- Contracting authorities may use “Checklist for Evaluating Social and Environmental Sustainability and Innovations in Public Procurement“ to comply with the law.
We focus on other areas, as well. Under the project, great attention is paid also to the institutes of the law on public procurement and other tools which make it easier for contracting authorities to promote the concept of responsible public procurement in practice. For instance:
